If you are experiencing problems with the brightness of your Spectraflare model, the reason may be that due to transit, the bulb may have moved slightly from its correct position. This is simple to rectify as outlined below.

  • Ensure that the bulb has not worked loose during transit. Push back into bulb holder.
  • Ensure that the colour wheel is pushed as far along the colour wheel shaft as possible so that it is close to the fibre optic common end.
  • Ensure that the direction of the light beam is focused precisely on the fibre optic common end.
  • It is also advised that the product is located away from direct sunlight
