Broadstairs based gas fire maker Magiglo, acquired the Suncrest Surrounds business in May.

Magiglo Chairman & Managing Director, Clive Le Baigue commented “The UK fires and fireplaces market grows ever more competitive and requires manufacturers to be creative in design and new technology. Suncrest Surrounds and Magiglo are to become subsidiaries of a newly formed holding company, CJ Group Limited. The companies will continue to trade as separate entities for the foreseeable future.
