The Malmo Surround And Colorado Electric Fire

This product has fitted in lovely in our medium sized living room. Delivery was amazing was delivered the next day. Would recommend this company/website to all.

I liked the website.. I loved the price.. the site said it was out of stock but when i got to delivery it said it would be delivered the 8th Dec.. seemed fair.. My only gripe was that it was delivered on the 28th Nov.. which was fab.. but had to call the courier and get them back to deliver cos i wasnt expecting it and had gone out! A little update would have made this I never considered checking the website as it wasnt due.. so a `your order has been despatched` would have been great!

The fire and surround are free from damage.. better quality than i imagined for the price.. looks like the photo believe it or not.. and and really pleased with it.. and with the speed in which it arrived.. the cost was amazing compared to greedy competitors.. Thanks

Iam so gald to get fire place for my new home as i haven`t got fire as is look so bare without it and i think i have a look from this web as i think is very reasonable pice and very good made.
arrived about a week so of coures i have to bulid up as is only take about 20 mins to do. But as i say am really pleased that my fire are look very and warm room the room. But i put clear varnish a round surround and is look better and beautiful and look so real. And good bargain price!! :)

Very fast delievery,and up date emails so u know where your good(s) are.that`s with out the tracking system to, so not only can u track ur order u also get email up date I am a very happy customer and I look forward to shopping with you in the future keep up the great work .

From placing the order on line to receiving the goods the following day the service was excellent. The goods were well packed so they arrived not damaged. To assemble it took minutes and the final result looks ideal. So pleased with the result we ordered another surround and fire.

took it out the box, and the fire surround was broken, not happy ahd to repack and wait for a new one.i was also told the unit would be fully assembled but it wanst. but company were great and even let me change my mind for a completely different surround. thank you!
