Mrs Margaret Black, Salisbury Wilts says...Love the look of this fireplace and just right size for smaller room but very dissapointed with the very noisy fan when turned on. Its constant on every setting. The description did say cool blow fan but not made aware how noisy it is and that it is on every setting. am now looking for quiet heat to replace this fire so could become an expensive excercise
